Choose your learning language
The website includes English, Spanish, Slovak, French, Arabic and German. Choose the language you want to learn in your profile, and use the language settings when switching courses. English support helps explain material in the other learning languages. Browse public learning guides for all six languages before choosing your course.
Language learning and vocabulary are two paths
The language-learning path combines words, sentences and other language tasks within stages and mini levels. Vocabulary practice focuses more closely on word meanings and spelling. Choose the first when you want broader language practice and the second when you want a focused word session. Read the task instruction before choosing an answer.
Use classroom activities for structured study
The classroom supports guided vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing. English Class 1 introduces letters, numbers and everyday basics through short study sections and an assessment. Pause the lesson when you need a rest or time away from the screen. A suggested study period is a planning aid rather than a claim that everyone learns at the same speed. Read explanations, attempt the tasks, and use your saved work when returning to a class.
Learn from your answers
Check the explanation after answering, especially when a choice seemed plausible. Try to name the reason for the correct answer. In a sentence task, check both the order of the words and the message. In vocabulary practice, check that the selected meaning fits the context, not just a word you have seen before.
Progress, rewards and expectations
Levels, XP and reward collections can encourage regular practice. They are game progress indicators, not evidence of a recognised language qualification. Use the in-game Guide & Rules for current reward rules. If a lesson seems incorrect, send the language, stage, level, mini level and question to info@schoolword.com so the issue can be identified.
