English Class 1: letters, numbers and everyday basics
Learn capital and small letters, numbers, days, weather, time, months and years. Read an example, say it aloud, then cover it and recall what you learned. Move through the study sections before attempting the class assessment.
Seven study sections and a class assessment
The first five study sections suggest five minutes each. Days, weather and time suggest ten minutes; months and years suggest another ten. This gives 45 minutes of suggested study, followed by a five-minute assessment. Pause when you need a short rest or revision break; paused time does not count as study time.
Understand the correction
Write a short answer and check your work. A correction explains the expected form. Review the study notes before the assessment and read the feedback to identify what to practise next. Open writing in other classes remains self-review; the classroom does not automatically judge every possible sentence.
